PB & J Popcorn

Ingredients

150 ml⅔ cup Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

300 ml1 1/4 cups Smucker’s® Pure Strawberry Jam

375 ml1 ½ cups toasted coconut

1.4 L14 cups salted popcorn

Directions

  1 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2 Heat peanut butter and jam together until starting to bubble, stirring constantly.

  3 Remove from heat and stir in coconut.

  4 Toss with popcorn.

  5 Spread on parchment lined baking sheets.

  6 Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes until golden.

  7 Cool on wire racks.
