Ingredients

1 1/2 bananas, chopped

250 ml1 cup Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (room temperature)

125 ml½ cup Greek yogurt

50 ml¼ cup agave syrup or honey

Cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1 Combine all ingredients. Thin with water if too thick.

  2 Use as a dip for fruit or vegetables or spread on a wrap and top with chopped banana chips.

  3 Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
