No-Bake Fruit & Nut Balls

Ingredients:

½ cup (125 mL) Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
1 cup (250 mL) chopped mixed salted nuts
½ cup (125 mL) Robin Hood® Oats
¼ cup (50 mL) vanilla protein powder
¼ cup (50 mL) each: dried cranberries, dried blueberries, dried cherries

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls and refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.
